Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. In such cases, the item must be returned in its original condition, and we will cover the return and shipping costs. Once the item is received, a new item will be sent or you will be refunded.
